Africa in April Cultural Awareness Festival, Memphis TN

Taking place for four days during the third week in April at locations along Beale Street and throughout downtown Memphis, the Africa in April Cultural Awareness Festival features the arts and crafts, music, history and traditions of selected African countries. Each year the focus falls on a different African country and each day’s activities has a different particular theme from that country.
