Located at the legendary intersection of Highway 61 ant the Blues Highway, Beale Street and Beale Street, the Rock N’ Soul Museum of Memphis features the Smithsonian Institution exhibit, “Rock ‘n Soul: Social Crossroads,” artifacts, pictures, text and music chronicling the artists and the music that shaped the legacy of the “Memphis Sound. Also be sure to check out the Stax Museum of American Soul Music while in town.
